Shipping policy
Where we ship
Physical Forever Home and Legacy Adoptions ship within the United States only at launch. Sanctuary Sponsorship is digital and does not include shipment.
Shipping cost
U.S. shipping is included in the stated physical-adoption price. There are no separate domestic shipping charges for a single placement.
Preparation and delivery
Each physical placement is prepared personally: the selected rock, certificate, care guide, and first-night card are packed before dispatch. Once adoption intake opens, delivery estimates will be confirmed at checkout.
Gift placements
Gift adoptions will support a personal message and requested delivery date. We will make a reasonable effort to honor the requested timing, while allowing adequate administrative time for proper placement paperwork.
