Returns policy
Rocks may be returned within 30 days of delivery. They will be welcomed back to the Sanctuary without judgment.
30-day return window
Physical adoptions are eligible for a refund when the return request is made within 30 days of delivery. Please retain your order information so our placement desk can locate the file promptly.
How to start a return
Contact the adoption desk with your order number and the name of the rock. We will provide clear next steps for return shipment and confirm the refund process directly.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the placement is received back. If we made a shipping error, we will resolve it clearly and directly.
A necessary clarification
Heart of Stone is a novelty gift business. Customers receive an ordinary rock and adoption materials. Rocks have no feelings, special monetary value, or care needs.
